Dancing raises your self-confidence and self-esteem by allowing for you to express yourself and giving you the opportunity to learn something new, fashionable, and fun.

4. Exercise
Dancing gets your heart rate up, burns calories, and is a lot more fun than going to the gym and walking on a treadmill. We offer a complimentary lesson so you can see for yourself.

5. Relaxation
Move onto the dance floor and relax into the music, forget about the day, and enjoy your partner. Many of our clients tell us that they feel better and less stressed on the dance floor, including and especially when they’ve had a rough day.

9. Hobby/Interest
To dance as a hobby doesn’t mean that your goal is to dance like Dancing with the Stars. Your goal can be as simple as being a comfortable social dancer.
